Performing A MainStage at States
After being reviewed by judges, “Mamma Mia!” Our 2022 Fall Mainstage was chosen as one of the top 5 musicals in the state and given the opportunity to perform live at the Straz Center for the Florida State Thespian Competition. The entire production was transferred from our hometown of Naples to Tampa, FL. This included the sets, costumes, microphone’s, special effects and most importantly the cast and crew! We wouldn’t have been able to do it without our generous sponsors, allowing us to generate enough money to support the transport of all the pieces. We were extremely grateful to provide over 3,000 attendees our live theatre experience in the Ferguson Hall at the Straz Center!

Our first ever Underclassman Musical was performed this year! Disney’s The Little Mermaid was made up of Freshman and Sophmores, and the creative team were upperclassmen! Creating a learning experience for the underclassman coming fresh into high school!

In one ongoing fundraiser, to help raise money for our states mainstage, we raised about $35,000 for the drama program! We did this through promotion, fundraisers, and performances all made possible by YOU.
